We have a variety of booths and display areas available for rent. Dealer location preference will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Complete the reservation form found in our website or contact us for more information.

Our standard* Showroom space rental is calculated on the total square footage occupied:
150 sq. ft. or less
151-500 sq. ft.
501 sq. ft. or more
Display Cabinets
Sales commissions are based on the per item sales price:

Clearance and Garden Center sales

Proceeds from your sales will be paid to you monthly (typically with 5 days after the end of the preceding month). Your check will be available for pick-up from our office or mailed to you per your instructions.
Rent is due the first of the month with a late fee incurred if unpaid by the 5th. Payment may be deducted from sales proceeds or paid in full, without deduction for any sales activity, directly to us.
